About the owner: Justin and Noelle Weaver are the architect and designer team of BLC Property LLC established in 2012. They currently own rental property and flip fixer upper's in the Western Pennsylvania area. With market changes and demand for affordable vacationing, the property business has expanded to include the Laurel Highlands vacation rental market. Ligonier is special to the couple as Justin's great-great-grandfather built a cottage near the Loyalhanna that brought generations to the Laurel Highlands. It is an amazing place to vacation with popular attractions for all ages and abilities.

If you have a property or have interest in purchasing a property for personal or income purposes BLC Property LLC can provide consultation, design, and assist with management services. Consultations are by appointment and available via conference call. A decorator will make a property pretty accepting the architectural flaws of the home.
